Botanica Farms is excited to be opening soon in Springfield. We will offer high-quality cannabis and cannabis products to adult consumers, while maximizing the direct and indirect benefits to the community of East Springfield and the whole city of Springfield. We will offer a range of cannabis strains, infused products, and educational materials to meet the unique needs of our customers.

Local Hiring

We will set achievable percentage goals for the hiring of; minorities, women, veterans, people with disabilities and people of all gender identifies and sexual orientations with a goal to increase the number of individuals falling into these demographics working in the establishment.

Our team will be reflective of the community in which we are fortunate enough to operate in. All team members will have equal opportunities to upskill, train, and develop careers through our Cannabis Academy.

Positive Local Impact

United Food Commercial Workers Union (UFCW Local 1459) We are the first and currently only dispensary who has a voluntary union partnership. We will have union jobs, union wages, and maintain strong positive partnerships with the UFCW Local 1459.

Beautify East Springfield Together (B.E.S.T) We will be donating time and resources to beautify the area and will work in unison with the Neighborhood Council to improve surrounding areas and tree belts.

Non-Profit Donations We will be selecting one product every month and 50% of the gross sales from that product will be donated to a local non-profit.

Cannabis Academy

Botanica Farms is in partnership with Workforce Development, Springfield Technical Community College, and UFCW Local 1459 to develop and execute a Cannabis Academy focusing on education, up-skilling, and in person live training. 311 Page Blvd. believes in continuously improving our team of staff by offering comprehensive training in a fun and effective environment. Classes will also be made available to the public for those interested in learning more about the exciting and rapidly growing cannabis space.
